Who is L2 Recruit?

Who ARE we?

After a number of years in the industry Linda Dixon and Linda O’Sullivan wanted to bring their genuine passion for bringing people together and building businesses, without all of the corporate constraints and inflexibility that can sometimes come with traditional recruitment models. This is how L2 was born.

One of the most common (& biggest) complaints we heard from small to medium businesses is that they'd love to be able to utilise the specialist experience of a recruitment company but just couldn't afford too!

With this in mind, we set out to turn the things on its head by being nimble in the market and be able to offer tailored solutions to fit most budgets, ranging from the traditional end to end recruitment model, to time engaged and modular offerings no matter what size your company.

Linda Dixon

Starting my career as a Chartered Accountant and moving into the recruitment and workforce solutions sector in early 2005 I have a background that understands people and maximising investment. I have partnered with a number of small to larger organisations to achieve their strategic goals, along with providing support around engagement, and staffing issues. With a real ability to provide solutions to where and when you need it most.

Connecting people to a world of possibilities. I am a true believer in taking the time to listen and understand what you are looking for. Building ongoing relationships with candidates who then become clients and vice versa has been the key to my success.

Out of the office you can most likely find me spending time with my friends and family, on the indoor netball court or enjoying the sunshine.

Linda O'Sullivan

I began my career in sales providing Solution Selling, Account Management and Business Development across a diverse range of industries before moving into the workforce solutions arena. Having worked in a number of different roles in the recruitment industry including National Key Accounts Manager & Business Manager from boutique to global recruitment companies, has given me a broad range of experiences across all aspects of Permanent, Contract and Temporary Recruitment.

I am passionate about people, and making that call to a client and a candidate to tell them we found just “what they’re looking for” is my greatest reward. Businesses reach their strategic goals by having the right people in the right places at the right time. Facilitating this and linking people to success is what drives me, along with high values, integrity and the belief in providing a quality experience.

In my downtime, I enjoy spending time with friends and family. I am an avid fisherwomen and diver and enjoy all water sports.
